Synopsis

Part1）In August 2029, Son loses her only daughter in an accident, and after grief, the three divided personalities drive her to death.

Part2）In August 2029, a group of colossal invaders called the Datara has left the cities of Earth lying in ruins, with the remnants of humanity scattered in the mountains. While escaping to the northern tip of the land called Critical, 48 hours later awaiting the end of humankind, she notices the existence of a strange door hidden underground.

 

＊This work is based on a true story in which a woman who lost her family and suffered from illness is cornered by her three divided personalities, and the fiction of a woman who lives in a world destroyed by a life form called Datara. A special structure is used to draw the story at the same time.

＊This work has a stay-type production form in which the screenplay and shooting are assembled in the outdoor art space Rakudosha in Shizuoka prefecture.

Commentary

＊This work focuses on the issue of modern mental illness, with reference to examples of illnesses related to "consciousness and reality."

あらすじ

Part1）2029年8月、ひとり娘を事故で失ったソンは、悲しみの末、分裂した3人の自身の人格によって自死へと追い詰められていく。

Part2）2029年8月、ダタラと呼ばれる巨大な侵略者群によって地球上の都市部は壊滅、人類は山間部にわずかな生存者を残すのみとなった。臨界という名の北端の地に逃げ延びたソンは、48時間後に迫る人類の終焉を待つ中、地下に隠された異界の扉の存在に気付く。

＊本作は家族を失い疾患を抱えた女性が、分裂した3人の自身の人格により追い詰められていく実話を元にした物語と、ダタラと呼ばれる生命体によって破壊された世界を生きる女性のフィクションの物語を、同時に重ねて描く特殊な構成を採用している。

＊本作は、静岡県の野外型アートスペース樂土舎での滞在による、境界をテーマとしたリサーチを元に、脚本と撮影を組み立てていく滞在型の制作形態をとった作品である。

解説

本作は、”意識と現実”に関する疾患の事例を参照して、現代の精神疾患の問題をテーマとした。
